The Project: Refurbishment of a 900,000 sq. ft. Wilkinson’s warehouse and distribution centre. The refurbishment included necessary tanking works to several conveyor belt and lift pit areas.

Clyne Castle, Swansea

The Project: To undertake a series of sympathetic roof timber repairs to this grade II listed castellated mansion as part of a wider refurbishment.

Alexandra Park, Nottingham

The Project: Developed by an award winning designer, construction of 15 individually designed luxury 4 & 5 bed homes in Nottingham. Due to the site topography, almost all of the properties featured a semi-basement requiring waterproofing.

The Project: The construction of a detached, part retaining, new build function and events building for the Best Western Aston Hall Hotel near Sheffield.

Dry Rot Eradication, Domestic Property, Cardiff

The Project: To investigate, and later eradicate, an attack of Dry Rot (Serpula lacrymans) to this domestic property in Rumney, Cardiff.

Westminster Abbey, London

The Project: To repair several large cracks that had appeared within a medieval wall on the grounds of the historic Westminster Abbey.

St Aubyn’s Rise, Tiverton, Devon

The Project: Development of 14 3 & 4 bedroom detached luxury homes set within the picturesque Exe Valley near Tiverton, Devon. The development site significantly slopes from front to rear resulting in several of the plots being built into the hillside.

B&B Barn Conversion, Usk, Monmouthshire

The Project: Barn conversion to B&B accommodation. The earth retaining elements of this barn conversion required specialist waterproofing to protect the finishes from water ingress from the ground.
