Protectahome were appointed by a Local Authority to inspect a 40 year old semi detached dwelling in the suburbs of Cardiff. The tenants had noticed severe vertical cracking and minor horizontal cracking to the gable elevation wall.
For 15 years this family property was home to a damp unusable basement. The property was prone to flooding especially during extreme weather locations. The family was looking for new space however couldn’t afford to move home.
