For 15 years this family property was home to a damp unusable basement. The property was prone to flooding especially during extreme weather locations. The family was looking for new space however couldn’t afford to move home.

Our Cardiff Surveyor was contacted to complete a thorough survey of the property. After analysing the space and bearing in mind what the space would be used for, he designed and installed a Type C Drained Protection Waterproofing System.

Following completion of our guaranteed Work, the owners were thrilled that they had this new space in their home to convert into a working office and play room for the children.

The Basement Conversion caused minimal disruption to the family and their neighbours and cost a fraction of moving house or building an extension.
