Nailsea Youth Centre in Nailsea is undergoing major refurbishment costing North Somerset Council approximately £70,000; however the bill has been inflated as a result of a bird infestation in the roof.

Waterproofing, done cheap, needs doing again
During a recent inspection of a leaking commercial basement in Liverpool, one of our team came across a rather poor excuse for a basement waterproofing sump and pump system.
