Pest Birds are on the increase in urban areas causing Public Health and Environmental problems for those in surrounding areas. There are many Pest Birds in the UK, the most common being Herring Gulls (larus argentatus), Lesser Black-Backed Gulls (larus fuscus), Greater Black-Backed Gulls (larus marinus) and Feral Pigeons (columbia livia).
