Rosette12 months ago, at the start of November 2013, we launched our client feedback survey as part of our commitment to providing the highest standard of customer satisfaction in the industry. Since then we have recorded a wonderful 97% customer satisfaction rating where clients would recommend us to others and return to us for future work if required.

As specialists in our chosen fields of: Waterproofing, Structural Repairs, Building Preservation and Pest Control, we set the highest standards of quality for all of our work and the 97% rating is a credit to each of our highly experienced staff who maintain those standards.
