Job Description:
Pest Control Technician
South Wales / Bristol
Start ASAP – Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £25,500 – £26,500 + commission on invoiced sales
OTE: £27,500 – £28,500
The Role
You will service and develop a well-established area, delivering pest control services to domestic and commercial customers in line with BPCA and company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to pest control enquiries and servicing contracts
- Managing both reactive and preventative pest control work
- Identifying opportunities for proofing, pest clean/clear, and additional services
- Promoting the company and developing leads within your area
- Supporting fellow technicians when required
- Travelling across South Wales, Bristol, and surrounding areas as needed
About You
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
You will ideally have:
- Experience dealing with common pests in domestic and commercial settings
- BPCA/RSPH Level 2 qualification (or working towards it)
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
- A team-focused attitude and commitment to high service standards
