New Case Study featuring Damp Proofing to a former Manor in Warwickshire

We are pleased to present our latest case study featuring chemical damp proof course works during the refurbishment and conversion of the period manor property, Wellesbourne House.

The 18th century property, most notably owned by Juliette Low, founder of the American Girl Scouts, was being converted into 41 unique flats set within the original manor gardens. As part of the conversion, Protectahome were approached to provide a modern damp proofing solution to the Manor House, Annex and Coach House.
