Basement Extension Waterproofing in Bristol

Some recent work from our specialist Waterproofing Division. This project in Bristol involved excavating a basement extension underneath the existing footprint of the domestic property. The new basement is to be used as added living accommodation for the owners of the property.

Our specialist waterproofing team designed and installed a Type C System of Waterproofing using 8mm Newton Cavity Drain Membrane with Perimeter Drainage, Service Ports and a Twin Sump and Pump Chamber. The system fully complies with BS8102:2009 The British Standard code of practice for the protection of below ground structures against water from the ground.

Keep an eye out for the completed case study in the coming months.
