Designed by one of our highly experienced CSSW qualified surveyors, the waterproofing system features a combination of Type A (Barrier) Protection and Type C (Drained) Protection so as to provide a Grade 3 (Habitable) environment (Ref: BS8102:2009).

Externally, Flexible Rubber Liquid Membrane has been installed to provide the Type A (Barrier) Protection whilst internally, a Cavity Drain Membrane System with Sumps and Pumps has been installed to provide the Type C (Drained) Protection which will act as a back up to the external Type A system.

Protectahome will be taking full liability for both the design and installation and provide a long term guarantee for the works. The system has also been signed off by the warranty provider, CRL, as acceptable.
