	Constructionline is the UK’s largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants. Constructionline is a Public-Private Partnership between Capita and the Department for Business Innovation and Skills.
	Established in 1997 to provide an efficient, outsourced supply chain service, Exors supply chain programme is specifically designed to enable organisations to best meet targets and obligations in the areas of efficiency, economic development, regeneration and procurement risk management all in line with key Central Government initiatives.
	CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. It is a non-commercial scheme available to suppliers (those who provide goods and services) and to organisations (buyers) looking for suitably competent suppliers.
	Trustmark is a quality mark and signifies that the contractor displaying the Trustmark logo is reputable and trustworthy. The scheme is operated through trade association’s etc working to government endorsed standards.
	Safety Management Advisory Services (SMAS) accreditation assures customers that those awarded have achieved the competence to provide specific services within a common health and safety threshold. SMAS is a full Member of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP).

 

Trade Associations

 

	The British Structural Waterproofing Association was established in 1992 and works to improve standards within the industry as well as providing a point of reference to connect customers with appropriately experienced and qualified contractors and consultants.
	The Basement Information Centre (TBIC) provides information about the development and use of basements in new or existing dwellings throughout the UK. The original Basement Development Group was established in 1992.
	The Flood Protection Association is a Trade Association involved in the promotion of member’s interests and the improvement of standards within the Flood Protection industry as a whole.
	The British Pest Control Association (BPCA) is a British organisation which operates for the pest management industry. The BPCA represents the interests and development of all its members.
	The British Wood Preserving and Damp-proofing Association (BWPDA) is a nationally recognised authority and the largest association of kind in Europe.
	The PCA is the leading trade body for the wood preservation, waterproofing, flood remediation, damp proofing & structural maintenance industries in the UK. PCA provide a voice on behalf of all members to communicate with government departments, answer to consultation documents and provides input to the development of new guidelines.
	Guarantee Protection Insurance (GPI) is a long term player in the UK Insurance Market who are authorised & regulated by the Financial Services Authority. With a broad range of products it offers innovative solutions for Companies, Brokers, Manufacturers and Trade Associations.
